Advanced Analytics and Business Intelligence in CFPB Complaint Analysis

Challenge
The CFPB dataset contains complaints and makes manual classification unfeasible. We require to process the data on large-scale. We require advanced NLP for accurate contextual understanding for unstructured and varied consumer complaint text. Complaint narratives are inconsistent. We could not capture the complaints effectively with traditional keyword-based methods. 
We enhance the financial glossary with NLTK corpus, Wikipedia, and complaint metadata such as Sub-Issue, Issue, and Product. We clean data by using lemmatization and tokenization. We extract CFPB complaints through an Application Programming Interface (API) while solving pagination issues and SSL verification. 
Manual efforts reduced by 99 percent. Processing time dropped from 36 seconds to a few milliseconds per a complaint. Similarity detection and automated clustering started detecting risks early and monitors fraud trends proactively.
