Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This individual will play a critical role in expanding our footprint across global markets—particularly in the US, UK, and other international regions. The ideal candidate possesses strong consulting skills and a proven track record in IT sales for complex deals, coupled with the ability to collaborate across technical, marketing, and leadership teams to build tailored solutions that align with client objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong sales acumen who can develop and execute GTM strategies, engage in BTL activities, and drive revenue growth while effectively consulting with clients to understand their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective GTM strategies for IT consulting and AI-driven business solutions, ensuring market penetration across diverse regions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute BTL activities targeting high-impact segments.
- Engage in consultative sales and client engagement to identify client pain points and propose customized solutions. Lead discussions that shape the technical and business aspects of our services, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends.
- Conduct research, networking, and outreach through social media, LinkedIn, and referrals to identify and qualify new business opportunities. Leverage your knowledge of IT services—including data engineering, cloud modernization, DevOps, advanced analytics, and digital marketing—to craft compelling value propositions.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and product demos that demonstrate an in-depth understanding of client requirements. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to negotiation and contract closure, while upholding profitability and client satisfaction.
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, emerging technologies, and potential areas for growth. Provide feedback to internal stakeholders, including technical, product, and leadership teams, to refine offerings and support new solution development.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure the feasibility and scalability of proposed solutions, maintaining alignment with marketing campaigns and product roadmaps. Meet or exceed revenue targets by expanding existing accounts and securing new opportunities across global markets.
- Track and report on key sales performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts, adjusting strategies proactively. Maintain up-to-date records in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot, ensuring transparent and accurate data for decision-making.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events, actively promoting our services and developing meaningful business relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their business needs and proposing tailored IT solutions that align with their objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to effectively communicate our offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of demonstrable success in IT sales (e.g., enterprise software, cloud solutions, AI consulting) with experience in complex or consultative sales cycles.
- Proven track record of selling to global markets—especially the US and UK—including an understanding of local business nuances and relationship-building strategies.
- Familiarity with IT consulting, data engineering, cloud modernization, DevOps, AI solutions, and digital marketing to effectively position Stryv’s offerings.
- Strong consultative skills—able to conduct thorough needs assessments, identify critical client challenges, and build trust through in-depth solution proposals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, coupled with a passion for technology-driven solutions.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools, ensuring a structured approach to lead management and pipeline tracking.
- Team player mindset—capable of collaborating seamlessly with technical, product, and marketing teams to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment, with the agility to pivot strategies based on evolving market feedback or organizational priorities.
- Master’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent hands-on experience will be considered.
