We’re looking for a seasoned UI/UX Designer with 6–8 years of experience in designing intuitive, elegant, and user-centric web applications. You’ll collaborate with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to craft experiences that are not only functional but delightful.
Translate business and user requirements into seamless user experiences and engaging UI designs.
Design wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for responsive web applications.
Work closely with developers to ensure design fidelity and feasibility.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to validate design decisions.
Maintain and evolve design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency across products.
Contribute to UX strategy and advocate for user-centered design principles in every phase of product development.
6–8 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web-based applications.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.
Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and user behavior patterns.
Strong experience with interaction design, micro-interactions, and information architecture.
Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JS) to bridge design and implementation.
Experience collaborating in agile teams and working with developers, product managers, and QA teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in enterprise SaaS or data-driven applications is a strong plus.
Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, Zeplin, or Abstract.
Understanding of component-based design systems (e.g., Material UI, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).
Ability to handle multiple projects and deliverables with minimal supervision.
